We have 5 rooms available that are priced differently according to the day and time of the event. All rooms are combinable. Many different food options such as buffet, off menu, pre-fixed menu and course menu options. The options are endless and we are always willing to figure it out!
If you would want to rent out the whole downstairs or the whole upstairs or the whole restaurant, that is an option over here at 551 WEST! Just fill out the catering form and we will get right back to you!!
This is the most private of all rooms, with a nice rolling barn door to separate your event from the rest!! With a private entrance that can be used, just ask. One large TV, that can hook up to your laptop for meetings, fantasy drafts, to watch games, or any event that is available on our TV!! Lastly, the Family Room can accommodate up to 50 people depending on food and table set up.
With a U shaped bar meant for conversing, this is the room to party and entertain! This room has 3 TVs with tables and bar seating. Also very accessible being on the first floor. The Main 551 West Bar can accommodate up to 50 people depending on food and table set up.

The newest of all of the spaces, this rooftop bar is available all year long with 4 garage doors that open up to make you feel like you’re outside! With a beautiful wood bar as long as the room! Stairs are right as you enter the building. 3 TVs for your entertainment. Bar seating and table seating that can accommodate up to 60 people depending on food and table set up.
Looking to entertain outside? The Lookout lounge has a view that oversees downtown Lancaster! With Brand new Heaters that allow you to hang out even on chilly days! The Lookout Lounge can accommodate up to 50 people depending on food and table set up.
